For services that involve the delivery of digital assets, including but not limited to:

  • Reports and project documentation

Avansoar will deliver all files electronically via a secure method, such as:

  • File-sharing services (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
  • Project management platforms (Jira, Trello, etc.)
  • Client-specific secure portals

a. Delivery Timelines

  • Digital files will be delivered according to the agreed-upon timeline as outlined in the service contract. Most digital assets will be delivered within the time frames specified during the project planning phase.
  • Any delays caused by unforeseen technical issues or client-side delays (such as failure to provide required information) will be communicated immediately.

b. Delivery Confirmation

  • Once the digital assets have been delivered, Avansoar will confirm the successful delivery via email or the chosen communication platform. Clients must review and confirm receipt of the files within 48 hours.

3. Shipping of Physical Products or Equipment

In rare cases where physical products or equipment related to IT infrastructure or other services are provided, Avansoar will ensure safe and timely shipping.

a. Shipping Locations

  • We ship to locations specified in the contract or service agreement. Avansoar offers shipping across India, Dubai, New Zealand, Canada, and other areas as needed. Shipping to remote areas may incur additional charges.

b. Shipping Costs

  • Any applicable shipping fees for physical products or equipment will be discussed and agreed upon in the service contract. Shipping fees depend on the product, destination, and method of shipment.
  • Clients will be notified of the shipping cost prior to dispatch. Avansoar offers competitive shipping rates through reliable couriers or shipping services.

c. Shipping Methods

  • Standard shipping options include ground shipping, express shipping, or overnight delivery, depending on client needs.
  • Shipping times may vary based on the destination and the chosen shipping method. We will provide a tracking number once the product has been dispatched, allowing the client to track the shipment in real time.

4. Delivery Timelines for Physical Products

a. Standard Delivery Time

  • The delivery time for physical products or equipment will be agreed upon before the shipment and may vary depending on the client’s location and shipping method. Standard delivery typically ranges from 5-10 business days.

b. Express or Urgent Delivery

  • For urgent shipping requests, we offer express delivery options at an additional cost. Express delivery usually takes 1-3 business days, depending on the destination.

5. Handling and Packaging

All physical products or equipment shipped by Avansoar are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We ensure:

  • Protective packaging materials are used to safeguard sensitive equipment.
  • Packaging is done according to industry standards to minimize risk during shipping.

6. Delivery Confirmation and Client Responsibilities

a. Delivery Confirmation

  • Once a physical product or equipment is delivered, Avansoar will confirm the delivery with the client. The client must inspect the product upon receipt to ensure there is no damage or missing components.

b. Client Responsibilities

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Any incorrect addresses provided that result in delays or additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the client.
  • Upon receipt of any physical products, clients must notify Avansoar within 48 hours of any damage or issues with the shipment.

7. International Shipping

For clients based outside of India, Avansoar offers international shipping to specific regions, including Dubai, New Zealand, and Canada. International Shipping Terms:

  • Clients are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import regulations in their respective countries.
  • International shipments may experience longer delivery times due to customs clearance and other regulatory processes.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

While Avansoar works with trusted shipping providers, we cannot be held responsible for shipments lost or damaged in transit. However, we will assist clients in resolving any issues with the shipping provider.

a. Lost Shipments

  • If a shipment is lost during transit, clients should contact Avansoar immediately. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and, if necessary, replace the product or provide an alternative solution.

b. Damaged Shipments

  • If a product arrives damaged, clients must report the damage to Avansoar within 48 hours. We may request photos of the damage for verification and will coordinate with the shipping provider to determine the next steps, which may include replacing the product or issuing a refund.
