However, we understand that situations may arise where cancellations or refunds are necessary. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our services.

1. General Terms

By using Avansoar’s services, you agree to our cancellation and refund terms. This policy applies to all services provided by Avansoar, including but not limited to web development, app development, IT consulting, and digital marketing services. We encourage you to thoroughly read and understand this policy before engaging in any service contract with us.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • Project-Based Services: If you wish to cancel a project-based service (e.g., web development, app development) after work has commenced, you must notify Avansoar in writing at least 7 days before the desired cancellation date. Any work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed, and the client is responsible for covering those costs.
  • Subscription-Based Services: For ongoing subscription-based services (e.g., monthly IT consulting, managed services), you can cancel at any time by providing written notice 30 days in advance. The service will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.

b. Company-Initiated Cancellations Avansoar reserves the right to cancel a service or project under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of contract by the client.
  • Unpaid invoices beyond the agreed terms.
  • Any illegal or unethical use of our services.
  • Force majeure or events beyond our control.

In such cases, clients will be notified in writing, and any unused portion of prepaid services may be refunded, subject to the terms of this policy.

3. Refund Policy

Avansoar offers refunds under the following conditions:

a. Project-Based Services

  • Before Work Commences: If a project-based service is canceled before any work has started, a full refund will be issued.
  • After Work Commences: For cancellations after work has begun, Avansoar will assess the stage of the project and charge for work already completed. Any unused balance from the payment made in advance will be refunded after deducting applicable costs.

b. Subscription-Based Services

  • No Refunds for Used Periods: Subscription-based services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the contract. If a subscription is canceled after the billing period has begun, no refunds will be issued for the period that has already been used.
  • Refunds for Prepaid Services: If you’ve prepaid for multiple months or a year in advance, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription ( Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days ), provided cancellation occurs before the service is fully utilized.

4. Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • If the client breaches the contract or terms of service.
  • For delays caused by the client’s lack of communication, approval delays, or failure to provide necessary information or assets.
  • For dissatisfaction with a completed project or service if it adheres to the terms of the initial agreement.
  • Services that have been fully delivered or milestones that have been met as per the project scope.

5. Quality Assurance

At Avansoar, we prioritize customer satisfaction and will make every effort to resolve any issues that arise during the project. If you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will work diligently to rectify any concerns before considering cancellations or refunds.

6. Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise concerning a cancellation or refund request, both parties agree to engage in good faith discussions to resolve the matter amicably. In cases where an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

7. Force Majeure

Avansoar is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule services or provide partial refunds based on the extent of service completion.

8. Amendments to the Policy

Avansoar reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and the updated policy will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
